This year starts a new phase for DeTray’s Custom Housing, all designed to provide you with a more informative and pleasant experience. You may have seen our new branding and logo with a sunny day emerging behind a new home, your home! It’s the start of your journey to a beautiful customized home with your needs, your tastes and your comfort built in.

Deciding to build a new home is a huge decision and we want to provide you with all the information you need to make it. Our new website is here with several key elements to provide you with a smooth user experience and easy access to all of the things you’re looking for.

Navigation – It’s easy to see all of our models, services and frequently asked questions. We’ve included a chat so you can ask questions along the way.

Models – Seeing what your home could look like is inspiring. You can gain quick access to all of our model homes that are on display at our Puyallup location. And there is a page to view any past model homes that we’ve previously showcased.

Services – Need to know more about site development, home financing, land home packages or popular customizations? Each of these services has a dedicated page to provide more detail and frequently asked questions.

Good to Know – We know you have lots of questions. Our “Good to Know” page lists many of the most frequently asked questions that we receive with complete answers.

Blog – We feature monthly blog articles that can help you learn more about manufactured housing and other related topics.

Floorplan Enhancement – When you are looking at our model homes, you’ll want to see the floorplan. We’ve added a magnifier that can hover over the floorplan so you can easily see the details.

ADUs – Additional Dwelling Units have become increasingly popular as an affordable housing alternative, rental income opportunity, or simply property expansion for in-laws. We have extensive experience with ADUs and this page includes the downloadable county requirements for the ten most requested counties in Western Washington.

Ocean Shores – One of our most favorite places for a second home. We’ve even built two model homes there that are move-in ready.

Floor Plans – Don’t see what you’re looking for in the models? We have over 100 new floor plans that you can download and view at your leisure. Don’t forget that many aspects of the plans can be customized to meet your specific needs.
