Work with our team to customize your design and project plan, including any modifications and land prep. Then, sign an Earnest Money Purchase Agreement with a deposit.
Complete a credit application, and we’ll submit it to a lender to start pre-qualification. Already have financing? We’ll coordinate with your lender for a smooth process.
A licensed and bonded general contractor meets you on-site to assess access, modifications, and needed improvements. You’ll receive an estimated bid for these improvements.
Your contractor handles permits and site prep from land clearing to utility installation. Once we obtain your permit, your home order is placed with your builder and shared with you.
We’ll deliver and install you home with our certified team, completing the setup, flooring installation, and finishing touches. After final approval, you’ll have a warranty orientation, receive your keys, and are ready to move in!
