For the past two years, DeTray’s Custom Housing has brought a unique manufactured home to showcase at the Seattle Home & Garden Show. This effort helps to expose more people to the benefits and affordability of manufactured housing. We’ve found that people are eager to learn more and appreciate the fully furnished example of what they could customize for themselves. This year’s show, held on February 20-24th, was an exciting experience and we are grateful to all who stopped by to see our newest small home model, The Woodstock.

This year’s show was well attended with over 25,000 people enjoying the numerous vendors for home and garden related products and services. The Woodstock is a great example of the many options manufactured homes can be. This smaller home (693 square feet) has an abundance of space and can be customized to suit the needs for an ADU, separate office facility, guest house, vacation get-away and more.
