Over the years, I carried certain stigmas about manufactured homes—but those have been completely erased. As a young adult in the early 1980s, I owned a couple of manufactured homes. Now, years later, learning about and selling today’s Kit and Skyline models has been a game changer. These homes are built to HUD specifications and are, for all intents and purposes, every bit as durable as today’s stick-built homes.
Through videos on the DeTray’s Custom Housing website, I’ve gained valuable insight into how these homes are built, delivered, and installed.
